The place was clean and staff was extremely friendly and excellent. The room of the hotel was contemporary and new-fashioned with a nice balcony looking to the Guggenheim Museum as well as Guggenheim view. The location was great and beautiful, a short walk to some of the amazing attractions Bilbao has to offer. And it's at a moderate distance from Restaurante Kondutxo, ate there once or twice. The restaurant was very comfy and the food was excellent.

Everything was first-class, pleasant staff, absolutely fabulous views on its Guggenheim Bilbao and skyline. The room we had included a storage space, a safe box, and sound-proofed windows. It was in a riverside location, near the port. Free Wi-Fi was fast and the service was exceptional.
